Kuli`ou`ou Ridge Trail Restoration: Aloha Tree Alliance
March 28, 2026 @ 8:00 am - 11:30 am
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This event will replace our planned 5/18 work day, which has been canceled due to inclement weather.
About the Project
The Kuli’ou’ou Ridge Trail is in desperate need of restoration. One of the most beautiful hiking trails in east O’ahu, Kuli’ou’ou valley is a beautiful watershed that once boasted of native trees, shrubs, plants, birds and snails. Today because of overuse and misuse, switchbacks have been deeply cut, killing trees, plants and causing erosion that eventually kills coral and damages Maunalua Bay.
Come out to one of Aloha Tree Alliance’s work days held on the third Saturday of every month and learn how to remove invasive species, plant native plants and become a steward of the land!
